Cordura FZ Drysuit

Heavy Light Cordura FZ follows in the Heavy Light development philosophy that the hardest and most demanding wear on the suit may sometimes be above the surface. In addition to this philosophy, militaries around the world have chosen this suit because of the durability and optional modifications.

HL Cordura FZ is made of an extremely durable Cordura tri-laminate. Amongst other features, the warm neck seal and a separate neoprene hood, place the ergonomics of this suit in a new class of comfort.

The front zipper allows you to easily dress in the suit without outside help. The cover on the zipper protects the jacket from dirt and unnecessary friction.

The Flat Seam technology, a patented seam structure which tapes on both the inside and outside of the suit, makes the suit flexible and durable. Because of this technology, multiple layers can be avoided and even the strongest and hardest materials can be sealed. You feel the difference immediately and it will last for many years.

When combined with the crotch strap, the integrated braces within the suit form a telescope waist that is of pure comfort.

Additionally, D-rings inside the pockets allow easy flashlight attachment. The suit also contains: heat pressed knee, back, and elbow reinforcements; 4 mm neoprene boots with latex surface to reduce the need for extra insulation; and heel strap retainers, which help keep the rear fins in place. This design also prevents additional air from getting into the boots, which would create buoyancy.
